What data we collect

The data you give us when you register: first name, last name, phone, email and your password, which we store only in an unreadable form (a hash), and the language you want our emails in.

Your booking data: chosen services, day and time, and any notes you leave us.

Your consent choices and the technical data needed to keep you signed in.

If you turn on notifications on a device: its notification address and browser type. We use them only to tell you about your bookings, and delete them when you turn notifications off, sign out or delete your account.

Technical data from each login: IP address and browser type, which we keep with the session also to stop repeated login attempts, in our legitimate interest in protecting accounts.

When you visit the site: the pages you view, the site you came from, your device and browser type, and the country and city derived from your IP address. We do not store your IP address: it is only used to compute an anonymous code that changes every month, so we can count visits without knowing who you are.

What the shop notes on your card: your date of birth if you give it to us, service notes and your visit history, including the times you did not show up.

If you book by phone or in the shop

Even without an account we keep a card with first name, last name, phone and, if you leave it, email, together with appointments and service notes. The same rules on this page apply: to access your data, correct it or ask for its deletion, just write or call us.

Why we use it

To handle your appointment requests and let you know the outcome, plus reminders: it is the service you ask us for.

To understand, with anonymous analytics and no cookies, how the site is used and improve it, in our legitimate interest.

To send you offers and news only if you have given consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

To meet legal obligations, such as tax rules on takings.

How long we keep it

As long as you keep your account. If you delete it, your card loses name and contact details; only past appointment data remains, no longer linked to you, for accounting obligations.

Who we share it with

Only with the providers that let us operate, which process the data on our behalf and only on our instructions:

OVHcloud (France), which hosts the website and the database on servers in France.

Brevo (France), which sends the emails.

Sentry (Functional Software, United States), which reports errors on the website to us. It only receives the technical description of the error and the page address, without your name, email, phone number or IP address, and stores them on servers in the European Union.

If you turn on notifications, they are delivered by your browser's service (Google, Apple, Mozilla or Microsoft): the content travels encrypted and that service cannot read it.

We do not sell your data and we do not pass it to third parties for their own purposes.

Your rights

You can access your data, correct it, export it or delete it, and object to some processing.

You can change name, phone and language from your account area, where you can also download your data or delete your account. For anything else, write to us.

Complaints

If you believe your data is not handled properly you can contact the Italian Data Protection Authority (www.garanteprivacy.it).
